Booking & cancellation policy

Booking fee

A £15 booking fee is included within the service prices shown. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.

• Blood Draws & Sample Collection: £40 per blood draw
• Injections & Vaccinations: £45 per injection or vaccination
• Nursing, Personal Care & Daily Living Support: From £25 per hour

Requesting a visit

A WhatsApp message is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. Nurse Yvy will discuss suitability, availability and pricing with you, explain the booking fee, and confirm the visit directly.

Cancelling or changing a visit

The £15 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment. If you need to change or cancel a visit, please contact Nurse Yvy as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 07368 270161.

This service is not for emergencies.

Messages are answered during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm). If you need urgent medical help, call 999 or 111.
